1) What time do you open and close

A) We open from 11am - 10pm every day

2) How much is the delivery charge

A) Delivery charge is £4 within 3 mile radius of town centre, £6 for 3-5 miles radius of town centre, £10 for 5-10 mile radius

3) Do you have contact details

A) Yes, you can email us at budgetdeliveries@yahoo.com

4) Do i have to create an account to order

A) Yes you need to create an account to order and it must be verified

5) What payments methods do you accept

A) We accept Credit / debit card and also paypal

6) Do you accept cash

A ) No we don't accept cash, only card payments and paypal

7) What do i do if my item is out of stock

A) You will be offered a similar alternative 

8) The food i ordered is different to the picture

A ) The pictures are for illustration purposes only

9) How do i put a complaint in?

A) Please address complaints to the email address

10) Does your food have any allergies

A ) All foods are sourced directly from the takeaway/ restaurant, we are just a delivery service. Please check with restaurant/ takeaway before ordering for allergies

11) My delivery is late, what can i do?

A ) We try our best to keep deliveries on time, any queries please email us
